EventRegistration.com: Vendor Search Help
The "Vendor Search Results" page is your output from the "Vendor Search"
search engine which allows planners to quickly find vendors that offer services in support of your event or meeting.
This results page displays all items in the database that match
the criteria you specified. The information displayed includes
the:
- Score: which ranks the vendor based on your search criteria
- Service Type: which identifies what services the vendor offers
- Service Areas: which identifies the geographical areas in which
the vendor offers services
- Offered Discounts: which outlines any discount the vendor provides
- Max # of Attendees: which identifies the maximun number of attendees (for a meeting or event) that the vendor can handle
- Vendor Information: which includes the vendors name, location, specialty, and service description, and
- Contact Information which includes the name of the vendor's contact person, telephone and fax numbers, email address (if available) and web address (if available).

below to locate and communicate with your vendor.
How To Use:
- Review the list of matching results and locate a vendor of interest
- If available, click on the the vendor's "Web" address, this will
open another browser window for you to view the vendors web site and offerings.
- If you are interested in the vendor, click on their "Email" address (if
available), this will open an email composition window for you.
- In the email message let the vendor know what you're interested in
and that you found the through EventRegistration.com.
No Match Found
"No Match Found" means that a vendor matching your search criteria
was not located in our database.
If you don't get the results you want, try searching again, this time
using a different search criteria.
